A Mac with Mojo!
"When I first bought my Mac, I loved working on it. It was quick and responsive, and I got stuff done on it. Now, it's slowed down so much it's barely usable."

The most common complaint I hear with both iMacs, Mac Mini’s, and MacBooks (Airs, Pros, and standard MacBooks) is that the Mac has slowed down over time. This week alone I’ve worked on a slow Macbook Pro in King of Prussia, diagnosed a devastatingly slow iMac in Phoenixville, and had a call this morning from a person in West Chester with this same issue..
Super frustrating right? You buy a superfast Mac, and a couple years later, you feel like you are always sitting around watching the spinning color wheel of death, while the clock ticks speedily past. The Apple Store’s usual response is that…. wait for it…. no really… wait in line for their help…. your mac is just older. So… the implication is… buy a new Mac. From Apple. For a premium.
At some point, it gets so frustrating that you’ll just quit using the Mac. It sits there an only gets used when absolutely necessary (like for budgeting, graphic design, or homework). Stuff you can’t do anywhere else. Its such a pain.
So…interspersed in the next couple posts, I’ll share some common reasons Mac users find their Mac’s slowing down and driving them nuts. Instead of the spinning color wheel of doom, you should have a Mac with Mojo!
